Too much of living here is dependent on your neighbors. If you have neighbors who understand the apartment lifestyle, this is a good place as the rent is great for the size. It’s also really nice being close to Costco, Winco, Walmart, Fry’s, and a few other places. However it’s unfortunate if you have neighbors who don’t have an understanding of the apartments having thin walls. People who let their kid just run laps from one end of the apartment to the other, causing ceiling fans to shake. Or party people who feel justified... read more

Business response:

Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience due to the neighbors upstairs. Last we spoke I did ask that you either contact the office while it is happening or to contact our courtesy patrol after hours so that we may verify the noise and send a more serious notice to the offending party. Please do not hesitate to contact the office between the hours of 9AM-6PM so that we may find a solution as soon as possible.

They are ok. The apartments are very basic, and are still cheaper than anything else in town. My only problem, is that now that the Governor has allowed pools and gyms to reopen the management is dragging their feet in this. WHY? We are currently STILL paying to use these amenities, yet you have them all closed still. Either open them up again, or reduce our rent. I have been here for 4 years now, and I can honestly say I have only seen the pools crowded twice in that timeframe. If you want to control how many use it at once... read more

We loved living here! Grounds are beautiful, it’s a really safe area, and management was always very responsive with requests. The price was fair and the floor plan was massive. The only issue is the parking - it’s very limited and tight. But other than that we had a great experience!! Upon move out, we cleaned the apartment to the best of our ability and got nearly our whole deposit back. Very grateful to have lived here.

The parking situation pretty much sucks! Ppl be parking in your assigned spot and not much happens if they do. And some residents made friends with the maintenance and security guys so he let them in on what covered spots are for the models, so some neighbors have 3 covered spots while we are all stuck with one. They are pretty good about fixing issues. My AC has gone out 3 times in my 2 years here, that's not normal. And they wanna raise the rent every lease end so pretty much out of here. Not ghetto, but not luxury for sur... read more

I have lived there from when I was 2 up until I was 21 when I had to move. I miss that place like no joke. I am doing anything and everything I can to move back there with my two kids. I just wish management would work with me since they knew my dad ad myself. It would make me the happiest person in the world!
