I needed to get my antenna base replaced on my Jeep and rather than wait for my appointment and a rather long check in one of the great service advisors came out to my vehicle and checked in with me. After seeing the easy issue he quickly took me to the parts department and helped me get the parts purchased same day and even out them on himself. Quick and friendly service is what I've come to depend on from the service team here, it's nice to have.
My wife and I arrived for an appointment SHE made to see about getting HER a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were greeted promptly and immediately had different people telling us about their dealership. Problem was that kept talking to me. They only looked at me and explained things to me. We even told them MY WIFE was buying the car not me. Even after SHE test drove by herself (and the salesman) they still only kept talking to me. Very disrespectful! Beautiful cars great sales team but the cars lack technology
I originally bought my pre owned 2014 town and country here a year and a half ago and received excellent service and bought the extra warranty. I just brought my van in because the check engine light came on and Angela in the service department has been wonderful! I explained to her that I need to leave town for work tomorrow morning and she is on top of it making sure that the car will be ready.
