So superior to the Am. Coin Express people I wrote a review for American coin express on here a couple days ago, and then I realized its only fair to give praise where its due after giving the F grade to a.c.e. I'd like to thank Sahara coin for being honest. They've been in town since the 1980's for a REASON, while the other "shop" (A.C.E) is relatively new, dishonest, and occupy three stores now (from what I've heard). pitiful shop!!!! Their prices are very unrealistic. I did my comparison shopping, and they were outlandishly HIGH!! They offered me an insulting amount of money for my bullion and my collection....way way WAY too low, even by a conservative man's standards!! Not just that, but their arrogance and snooty attitudes will lose them more customers than gain them....the 2 guys I talked to that work there looked around 15 years old and had the knowledge to match. Found a better deal. I was offered a good price on my 90% silver but when I went down they told me it was for only large quantities and my coins were worn etc I went to america Coin express and they paid higher no matter what the quantaties and condition .
Big $$ for my coins!! What an extraordinary shop! An AMAZING variety of coins, both slabbed and raw, a gigantic array of silver and gold bullion too!! I was very impressed. But they still had to pass the most important test of all: how well did they pay for my coins? I was shocked at how high the bid was for my coins. I never write these things but i just had to say something. I almost believed the obviously fake reviews by what must be very jealous competitors of this store. 1st one said 2 teenagers ran the store. The youngest guy there looked 45-50 or so and i saw 5 people. 2nd i took my coins in and i thought i knew a little bit about them. Go Sahara Coins!!! I was so frustrated about my experiences with a couple of coin stores in Las Vegas that when I saw the owner of Sahara Coins on Pawn Stars I knew I had to go and find him for help. My dad had left me several boxes of Silver Dollars that my dad swore were worth loads of money. But all the other shops told me they were worthless.
