watermelon. I was so impressed with the lay out of this store and the selection unlike anything else in Vegas .BUT I would never shop here I can get better prices elsewhere .So yes go look but save money and go to a wholesale dealer.

This business is for sale. Sahara coins has been robbing this town for years then came along real competitors and now they are trying the sell place in desperation as there business is dwindling fast as more people are wising up to their unscrupulous ways .I found American coin express to best them in price all day.

Coin Hacks coin value grossly understated by 2 self proclaimed coin experts. neither looked at coin under a scope like the lab did that assigned its rating. I guess they are busy but does that mean u and I get poor evaluations I don't think so in my case I will go elsewhere. I suggest u do too.

No Integrity I purchased 8 "Investment" gold coins from Sahara Coins, trusting the PCGS and Trends values they provided me with (in writing), in support of their offering prices to me. I later discovered these prices were substantially inflated. I called and wrote to the owner Mr Scott, who responded in a surprisingly combative manner, threatening in his first response to me, that if I write or contact them again I will be receiving a subpoena. The bottom line These guys have the nicest store in town I can spend hours there looking at their coins BUT I would never buy their since they mark up their collectable coins 2-3 hundred percent and when selling coins they only pay okey on gold and silver bullion coins everything else makes them come up short at best the place to buy coins is Heritage auctions and to sell in town American Coin Express they are real wholesalers.

you can do better than this...MUCH better Oh brother---what an embaressment to retail this shop is. The staff ignored me, the prices were a joke, and they were very rude to another gentleman very close to me. I asked if they had any silver bullion available and they told me "No", but 5 minutes later, I saw an employee produce a small box FULL of silver rounds and eagles for a customer nearby me and he only bought a few...so I asked again "Do you have any silver bullion?" to a DIFFERENT employee and they also told me "NO"!! Beautiful store that pays big $$ for your coins and bullion!! Sahara coins is a gorgeous store! There's more than just coins there (I saw collectables in the form of old safes, scales, gas pumps, paper money, neon signs, etc). The coin selection is 2ND TO NONE!!! I have been in twice recently, sold a one ounce gold maple leaf, and got OVER SPOT FOR IT!!!! They treat you like the gold they buy and sell, so HATS OFF to you Sahara Coins! A waste of time. This shop is all show but they do not pay the dough do not let the enviroment impress you he has the worst reputation in Vegas he baits and switches he has more moves then Michael Jackson.

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I have never experienced such poor service in any establishment in my life. I walked in close to closing time and there were a few people ahead of me. I waited patiently for someone to help me.
