Heather and Barbie are the absolute bestest. So lucky to have found them!
My daughter has been to this salon a few times. Today she went in for some highlights and a cut. I totally expect a cut and color treatment (foil highlights) to run in the $150 range, but her charge BEFORE TIP was $213!! Her hair is just past her shoulders and yet she was charged $17 for “thickness and length” and another charge of $12 for extra bleach and $22 for some sort of glaze that was applied to her hair for 20 minutes.
