I absolutely LOVE my new stylist, Trina, at Sahair Salon! She's amazing and an absolute color master! This was my first visit at Sahair and I was very nervous about starting with a new stylist after being with the same person for 10 plus years. But, she was awesome and went over everything with me in detail. She showed me color swatches, made recommendations and told me how long each process would take. I am very disappointed in how this salon handled my hair stylist leaving. They sent a mass email offering 50% off your next service. But wouldn’t tell me where she went. This is just bad business. If anyone is looking for Elaina I found her and she is at Inspire salon. She is doing really well request her today!
There is nothing harder to find your new stylist and when I first started coming here a year ago, Heather and the crew did an outstanding job! So I keep coming back of course. Highly recommend Sahair Salon to anyone who wants a great stylist, Heather is the best.
I used to be a regular customer. One of the stylists was belligerent with me when one of the many L’anza shampoos wasn’t working well for my hair. She was arguing with me about what I told her about the product in my situation instead of talking with me about possible solutions or different ways I could try to use it. My usual stylist changed it out for another one that works perfectly now, which was great. It just took 10 minutes and a lot of back and forth arguing with the other stylist to get that accomplished. Jes is the best hair stylist I have had. She always knows what I need to make my hair look its best. I leave every time happy with how my hair looks/feels. She truly is amazing at her job.
I can't say enough good things about Heather and Sahair Salon! I've been going to Heather for over 2 years and have never been disappointed. She takes pride in her work and always listens to ensure I love my hair. It's takes so long to find a stylist that listens, does amazing work, and easy to talk to....so glad I found that with Heather!
