Hunter Bown was a great host and keeps a tidy apartment.
I never felt the need to write up any review on Facebook until I had interactions with management at Sagewater. I am highly disappointed in the treatment I have received from their staff. I've never been disregarded and spoken to so carelessly in regard to such small, easy to rectify situations. The complex is beautiful but the interactions with management are terrible. Save yourself the trouble and sign a lease elsewhere. For as much as we pay, professional and customer centric communication should be a given.
I am so pleased to live here at Sage Water Village. I moved in last February, and have many good things to say. Beautiful property, yes new in development. I saw more being added and considered the chance to have a NEW apartment, first lived in by me, a reasonable trade off for new construction down the line 1/4 mile off. I face North and enjoy all the property has to offer, every chance I get. The Maintenance staff is wonderful and so helpful with a good attitude. The Management so helpful too. I just want to say how awesome Jesse and Gabby were this past Saturday!! I came there looking for an apartment to move into that day and they delivered! Gabby was more than happy to show me three different apartments and gave me plenty of information about the complex. Jesse and Gabby both stayed late to process all my paperwork and I was able to get my keys that night. They were amazing and so helpful! Just that experience alone makes me so glad that I chose SageWater Village to be my new home!

Sage Water Village is one of the most beautiful places to live! The management are very professional, nice, always caring for their residents. The maintenance guys are friendly and dedicated to making sure things are done right away! I highly recommend this complex!
