*** lived here for almost 4 years. Management, maintenance, staff have been top shelf. Quiet, well maintained grounds and outstanding amenities. Excellent proximity to restaurants and retail. I have zero complaints.

Location wonderful. Facilities nice. Company - THE WORST. This place is very money hungry. We first moved here in 2021. The staff was amazing and very friendly then shortly after everyone was gone. Whatever. We renewed our lease. We got locked out of our apartment called the apartment and they told us we had to call a locksmith and then provide them with the new keys. So we did that. I hate leaving this review, but it is very necessary. I lived here for over 3 years. My husband 4 years. Staff changed constantly. I lived on the second floor by the office. A lot of dog owners do not keep their dogs on leashes. I love dogs so no hate towards them. In 2015, signing the lease was done in the office on paper. They upgraded the system to be electronic the following year. When I moved out in 2018, my pet deposit was a mystery. No record of it. The office did nothing to help bc it was not in system. We applied for an apartment at this location and after giving our deposit we were first asked for the offer letter to be with a company logo to which we complied after this they said the way the words were stated is not acceptable so they wanted a bank statement to see the balance we had in our bank. Since this was taking a long time we personally went there again and when they saw our ITR the manager herself said that we are in and that papers will just be arranged.
