Very experienced – I have a great experience every time I deal with them. They are always on the ball and have a great deal of experience in their field. That experience has saved me a great deal of money.
Great Management Style – As an apartment owner, I have a great relationship with Sagen Group. They manage 3 small apartment buildings in Seattle for me and they are exactly what I need when it comes to management. They are responsible and effective and very responsive when a need arises.
