this place is gross and will not give deposits back no matter how clean your apartment is.....oh be careful of the black mold and mice :) might be better off living at tent city with the homeless
Managers with an understanding of Tenant Law would be a good start to improving this complex.
I have no complaints! They have been more than fair with me. Someone had kicked out a couple rails in a shared upstairs balcony that I have and within days they called to look into it and dealt with the issue. Same goes for my water heater. It started leaking and one day after I reported it they came in and replaced it. Could't ask for more!!! Great management.
Awesome apartments! The managers are great and take great care of you. The maintenance guys are awesome too
Great place to live. The area is always clean and quiet. Managers are helpful and nice. Maintenance is great, they respond quickly and do a great job.
