If I could give it one star I would they always mess up my schedule give me one date and time and then proceed to change the date and time horrible experience happened not once not twice but THREE TIMES. Horrible service!
We should definitely find a way to close this place. It's the worst part of the medical system. The fact that people with government health insurance go to this place doesn't mean it should be so inefficient, since whether it's government insurance or not, the workers are getting paid for their work. Mrs. Guadalupe Ullo from the appointment system is a useless person. If she doesn't like her job, she should look for another one where she feels comfortable.

We had an appointment today at 9:30 we got there at 9:25, after like 20 minutes they called us for Vitals, they sent us back to waiting room another 30 minutes. They finally called us to the room, my son was very impatient because of the wait… 1 hour and 10 minutes in the room, no doctor we decided to leave; came out of room there was like no workers there, we saw one of them carrying a box of food, maybe that was the doctor who knows… they simply don’t care
