It does take a while to schedule appointments but the staff is very nice and helpful with scheduling you. Be patient with them.
Their call center to set up appointments of to even get a hold of them is just horrible , I stayed on hold with “8 calls ahead of me” for 4 hours I changed providers for my son horrible communication
You can call and try getting a hold of them and be on hold for hours, always the same message of there are more than 8 calls ahead of you. A pre recorded message. I don’t know if it’s a call center or what but they need to do better.
