Visited the Culver City location about a week ago. This must be the most uncomfortable restaurant in the entire L.A. area, replete with iron benches and metal chairs. Ordered the Portabello mushroom steak dinner, which was also a disappointment. It was TOUGH! I've never had these mushrooms cooked this way - and the flavoring was overly acidic (soaked in balsamic vinegar). Alas - such a disappointment! The only good thing was that it was not overly crowded on a Friday for happy hour - you can understand why.
Your fish taste so real! My friend that's allergic to fish was scared to eat more because she kept thinking it was real. Very delicious! I hope they return to Vegan Oktoberfest next year.
