I've been here about 5 times now for a gel overlay manicure + regular pedicure, and every time, it's 100% perfect. The overlay has never chipped and my (real, long) nails have never broken or cracked. I've gotten services from a few different women and all of them are kind, professional, and have an unbelievable thoroughness and attention to detail, not to mention a really cool style. Poor customer service and poor performance. One of the woman rolled her eyes at me shortly after I came in, before I had said anything. I was greeted with "Hi we'll be right with you" as opposed to "Do you have an appointment". I had to say, I had an appointment then the person that was assigned to me was aware I had arrived. If you have ingrown toe nails or toe nails with short nail beds, don't come here because they don't know how to deal with those.
