Terrible management. I live in the Sage on Sweetzer building and the units are outdated, the walls are paper thin, and the construction noise due to the construction site next door is Unbearable. The property manager Isaiah Rios is also terrible to deal with. Very rude, doesn't listen to requests and just an incompetent employee. Isaiah Rios is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with my entire life. And this building is so outdated. Stay away unless you like construction noise
Waste of time. Management is unorganized, two showings scheduled. Both didn‘t take place because of internal communication issues. Incapable- especially this guy called Isaac. Lazy.
Vive and Isaac made us come to WeHo for a showing twice and didn’t show up. The telling us place got rented. No heads up / canceling the appointment whatsoever. Never experienced this type of behavior.
Vive LA Management is horrible and unresponsive to the needs of its tenants. Many of the neighbors and myself included sent emails and called management about the recent increase in crime, vandalism, and burglary. The building and surrounding area has become very dangerous at nighttime. Homeless and mentally ill people can be seen sleeping and lurking behind our vehicles.
