Had an appointment at 8am. Was taken back at 8:09 and nothing done for 20 min. Lady helping with x rays was not friendly at all and almost gagged on the x rays because the device was so big. Had dentist come who had no bedside manner. It was so business like instead of patient oriented. Actually spoke down to me about having previous cavities. Was there an entire hour and no cleaning which is what I signed up for. Just a way to make more money from the insurance companies and not a friendly environment. We will not return! I... read more
RecommendedI’ve been a customer since 2016 and even though I have moved away to Port Saint Lucie, I prefer to drive over to the RPB location. The girls are awesome, customer service is top notch. They also seem to be fond of my father and I love that not much has changed!
DONT GO TO SAGE! After spending the entire morning and afternoon waiting for an unapologetic 3 hour delay in a ln appointment set over a month ago I was charged and ADDITIONAL 400$ on top of my insurance. After getting robbed of my day and my money I get a voicemail that “they forgot to fill the hole” This was by far my worst NIGHTMERE of a dentist come true STAY FAR FAR AWAY
I love going to Sage as the staff is professional and Dr Gatta is so knowledgeable. Front staff Anika and Crystal are always helpful. They always try to work with our schedule.
I am one of those people in the world who have never liked the dentist. It had been 8 years since I’ve seen one before 2 weeks ago and coming to Sage Dental of Royal Palm Beach. This is by far the best staff I have ever experienced in ANY office and Dr. Gatta is the most understanding and down to earth dentist I’ve ever been to. Been a patient here for about 2-3years and haven't been disappointed yet. The staff are down to earth and professional. Dr. Gatta is awesome and makes every visit comfortable. As long as I have insurance, that's my to go place!
The staff is nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors explain every step they are going to take to meet your needs. The appointments are made to fit my needs. All around great dental clinic. Never a question unanswered. The service is great. Waiting room and bathroom are clean and comfortable.
