I went there for my routine cleaning and they said that being I had a deep cleaning last time I needed a deep cleaning this time they refused to do just a routine cleaning that is covered 100% by my insurance they wanted me to pay out-of-pocket for a deep cleaning which I told them I was unable to do it this time I just wanted a regular routine cleaning which my insurance pays 100% for twice a year and I’m entitled to they absolutely refused to do it they said they cannot flip-flop back-and-forth between Routine cleanings an... read more

Sarah is such a sweet dental hygienists and she makes sure her patients are very comfortable not just with the care plan but physically relaxed before commencing work on their teeth! It’s very pleasant with her. Also Anika is a wonderful help at the front desk. She was quick to find out information, call me back and not fall off task and schedule my appointments with ease as well as converse leaving me feel comfortable and calm. I made an appointment for myself and my daughter for a regular cleaning. We arrived 10 minutes early. We were there for over 3 hours. They didn’t do my daughter’s cleaning, they claimed that it’s only a consultation as it was her first visit, which will be an additional claim to the insurance company. I complained to the staff, they claimed that the staff who made the appointment is new and didn’t schedule it right. Had a deep clean of my choppers and I never felt any discomfort whatsoever!!! I had Sarah and she is more than awesome, she’s magnificent!! I have never had a more gentle and easy touch in my life!! Even after wards, I had no discomfort! Sarah is the best!!! I actually look forward to seeing her again in a few months.
