STAY AWAY! They put the life of my unborn baby at risk. My pregnant wife came in for a routine dental cleaning and she filled out the pre appointment paperwork where she clearly stated she was PREGNANT! The staff carried on the appointment without reviewing the paperwork and completed a round of x-rays without notifying or asking my wife. It was only after the 1st x-ray that she realized what was happening. The staff freaked out and were unprofessional and did not know what to do after. This is one of the clients offices , but this office is the most friendly and accommodating . They really care and have bed side manners . And Ms Judy in the front always nice and makes the visit better because I hate going to the dentist ever since I had a bad experience when I was 18 years old . I do love this office!
I called gave my insurance explained that I needed a tooth extraction they said it would be covered by 50% I asked how much about it would cost they said they don’t know I then saw them waited 30 minutes in the waiting room they took X-rays looked at my tooth and said it needs an orthopedic surgeon and to reschedule in a couple days I asked again how much it would cost me they don’t know until Wednesday keep in mind that took another hour I went to front desk they told me my insurance won’t cover anything I got a bill shortl... read more
