Painful experience. Paid over $600 for a spark plug change and a"carbon cleaning treatment" that the shop manager highly recommended. I'm getting 5 mpg LESS now and engine performance is no better than before I took it in.
Finish what you start in a timely manner. Should not take 3 weeks to do a break job. Not a good idea to lie to your customer either

I spent $68 dollars to tow my pickup to the shop for a Tuesday @ 12:00 appt and by Wednesday afternoon nothing had been done. I think my job was set aside in favor of a more profitable one. Also no calls were made to inform me of delays. Exactly what gives auto shops a bad reputation.
I was very happy that the folks at the shop were able to take me right in. The work was completed very quickly and I was even provided a list of suggested work that could be done. I feel that I was dealt with in a professional manner. 5 STARS
you want someone that cares. go to these guys they take customer service to the maximum and will have you up and going in no time. when you come in with a problem you leave with your car or truck back up and running. with that said you go in as a stranger and come out as a forever customer. They want your vehicle safe for you to drive and do not I repeat they do not let you go if they see you have a hazard to your safety on the roads.
