I placed a phone order when I got there my food was ready and sitting on the counter. They then proceeded to cash out 3 other people and take 2 people’s order in person even though they told people they have to place them over the phone. When I asked several times if I could pay they said I was next and still took other people who didn’t even have food ready to pay. They don’t care about you, all they care about is the money you spend when they make a mistake they won’t correct it or give you your money back!!! They could’ve killed my sister because of her allergy to seafood but they didn’t care!! All they care about is money money money 😡😡😡😡😡

I am visiting all the way from Dallas Texas and was taking my dad out to eat here however we were not allowed to dine in. The hostess told us they stopped seating people for lunch at 1:45pm and it was literally 1:46pm when we entered the restaurant. I googled before arriving and it mentioned that the restaurant does not close until 2:30pm as they transition to dinner. Second time I’ve tried calling for take out since covid-19 has started. When I call a get a response of “we are too busy to do any take out orders”. Will not be going to the restaurant any longer. How ridiculous!!

Just got disconnected after waiting on hold 30 minutes to order takeout. There needs to be away to place an order online. This is ridiculous
