This was my second time coming here and I will never go back. The grills were filthy and tables weren’t even clean. The food was over cooked and greasy. The server was nice and very attentive but I will stick to Miyakos down in Great Lakes Crossing. I have been there numerous time and figured I would try Sagano’s because it was closer to home. I would rather take the longer drive.
Fenton location - Horrible customer service and borderline criminals. Waitress misunderstood order and brought wrong food. Corrected the mistake and left the wrong item on table. Brought itemized bill without wrong item listed. They added the item after taking our credit card and charged for wrong item. We asked again for the itemized bill. She dropped it off at the table, then hid in the kitchen.
