Improve by updating your hours online Facebook google your phone website all say different open and close hours not sure how the owner feels about turning down hundred dollar sushi orders while the business still is open for walking customers and then being told no no no after they shut their phones off they should lock the door then

Love waiting on hold for 20 min just to get hung up on!
The hosts are always rude and I’m always rushed or talked to unprofessionally when I call. I went to order from them and I was on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. So I drove all the way to flint Saganos and arrived at 5:15 and they were closed. I understand it’s a holiday but the hours posted online, on the voicemail, and at the door say they open @ 5 p.m. for dinner service. Saganos in flint will never receive my business again. 0/10 do not recommend the overpriced food and rude staff. HORRIBLE customer service.

Called to place a pick up order. Waited on hold for over 7mins. Once the woman answered she instantly was trying to rush me. I told her I would like to place an order for pick up. Started my order. Didn’t get to complete it before she cut me off and asked my name and number .. which I gave to her (thinking she needed it before i could order). To then be told “45 mins” then she hung up!!!
