Deal was quick. Aryg was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had one small concern, the manager came over and reassured me the certified mechanic would look at it first thing the next morning and did. Simple correction as expressed. Would recommend

It was great! I had an offer from Carmax for my trade in that was $4000 more then what they initially offered me. But they matched it!!! It was awesome! So I went home with the car I came in to see!!!

I live in NC and I just bought this car from them. When I tell you they bent over backwards and went above and beyond for me…it’s a gross understatement. Debbie Hefty is a SAINT! Everything on my end was just insane (thanks COVID) but she worked it all out with me and had such patience, such amazing communication, that I will buy my next car here too!

Browns Fairfax Mazda was responsive. I ended up buying a new car there. The salesman Ron Pattison was knowledgeable, friendly, and straightforward, and there were no surprises. Everything he told turned out to be true. All in all, it was a square deal that I felt good about.
