The service department doesn’t call, message or email to follow up on the status of a vehicle repairs. They take an extremely long time to fix repairs. The prices for repairs are really high. When you call, they’ll transfer your calls but no one picks up. It’ll probably be last Hyundai i buy. The cars aren’t that bad but the service is.
Poor customer service, little improvement in 2 years...very disappointing! Am one of the first customers to purchase from them when they first opened in March 2016
I purchased a 2016 Certified Hyundai Tuscon from Safford- Ive had it four months and was pulled over by the local police for having illegal tint on the windows. I immediately took it back to the dealership and they originally stated they would remove the tint and take care of the ticket. When I brought it in a few days later the tint was removed , but the GM stated that they would not cover the ticket. Saffords customer service was on point. Request Sandra as your service advisor and Juan as your mechanic. Both of them looked out for my better interest without charging me unnecessary fees and kept me informed when I needed to be. I am always skeptical about anyone touching my car, but for once I felt comfortable with Juan working on it because he was very kind and well spoken. Erica was awesome! They stayed till 10:30pm and helped me purchase my very first car. She worked with me on discounts and finding the perfect car for me. She was by far the nicest person I dealt with at the dealership. She also didn’t make me feel like a stupid 23 year old woman. I will say be careful of the others there. I went back the next day to get plates and they treated me like I didn’t belong there. Kind of a cold environment without Erica there. Overall I am in love with my 2018 Elantra Value Edition !
