RecommendedMy 2011 Hyundai Sonata stalled and shut down on me as I was diving down the road. I was bummed and really upset because that was my only transportation. My car was towed to Safford Hyundai where the staff members were very pleasant and respectful and kept me updated with everything! My car was fixed in a great time matter! I want to especially thank Mr. Richard Francisco for assisting me this whole time!! I highly recommend Safford Hyundai!
My vehicle has been in for service several times and had to return it the same day as the work wasn’t done correctly. Just yesterday I turned my G90 in for a recall and after driving nearly 10 miles the engine over heat lamp illuminated. There seems to be no quality assurance checks after work has been completed. The customer service representatives are always great assisting.
Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Justin, Bryan and Scott were the most professional, funny, and wonderful people I have ever interacted with at any dealership. They had everything ready when I got there, let me ask and answered a million questions and looked out for my interests and concerns. I had a great experience there lately purchasing the car. They will try to earn your business without being overly pushy. Sales person was knowledgeable on the car I wanted. Also, I was missing some little things on the car and they have given me extra. Prices are reasonable and you can’t beat 10/100,000 miles warranty. May buy from them in the future or refer customers.

Purchased a new vehicle from them in 2017, everything went great. Fast forward to now, when we need extended warranty and GAP insurance cancelled --NO ONE is willing to help, and it has been three months of calling and emailing with no response, WHATSOEVER. BEWARE that after you purchase, there is zero customer service. Will never purchase here again or recommend it. Disappointed.
The service is great and fast. However, there’s one thing that I didn’t like. The car wash is not good.
Safford Hyundai ruined my new car (Sonata Hybrid) purchased from them in Nov 2018. On the very first service (Jan ’19), the oil drain pin was not secured properly resulting in a blown engine. It took from Apr 1 to May 7 ’19 to replace the engine and other damaged components. Fast forward to Jan 18, 2020 – again while driving at speed - the idler pully bolt shears off, & damages the idler pully, timing chain, timing chain housing, and who truly knows what else.
