Martha in service is amazing! She made my first experience with Safford really great! She stayed in contact with me about my Jeep and updated me frequently. I am really impressed with everyone there but especially Martha!

I didn't have a great experience when you arrive at 6:45 I was second in line this was my second time at this dealership mind you 👀 I sat and watched every one after me disappear only when I walked to the young caucasian male second on the right side of the bay only when I walked out to question him he say your car is ready. I needed a vehicle that I could get in and out of easily. I had injured my back and the Kia Soul was very painful in doing that simple task. Hank was extremely helpful in finding the right vehicle. Hank and I found a Jeep Renegade, went in the store, and began the paperwork. If you buy a car from here, avoid a salesman named Cy. He's your best friend until the sale isn't going his way and then he becomes insulting and kind of a bully. They sell cars everywhere, places that hire people like this should remember that it's pretty easy to just check out the next place.

Had warranty work done less then a year ago and paid my deductible to have the work completed, same problem came back and claimed it was another separate problem causing the same issue and charged me another deductible??? I explained my issue of them not diagnosing it correctly so I have to pay another deductible and they said one had nothing to do with the other??? Sounds like passing the buck of not fixing it correctly and then getting another deductible out of a customer...Not happy

I bought a 2020 Jeep renegade and I did not test drive it because I originally wanted to purchase another Cherokee and they weren’t able to get me in the payment I want it and offered me the renegade and I sign for it, I hate this vehicle and I wish I had never bought it and they will not take it back. The sales person I had Brett should have never offered me that car without a test drive, I didn’t know if I was able to test drive it because I was the one that was on the show room floor, I feel really terrible and felt like ... read more
