im going to keep this short and sweet Brad the sales manager is not a pleasant person thats just my personal opinion. The website says $13,977 for a Renegade. I understand processing fee, taxes, title and tags but the out the door price was $20,977 so please dont fall for it.

Don't take your car there for service took my car in because it had a check engine light on for the louvered doors on the front for air intake. the service guy told he they would check it out and let me know if it was covered under warranty well it wasn't then I get a text message saying I owe $144 for a diagnostic fee 😒 for them to do nothing literally all they did was drive my car into the shop let the code reader read what was wrong and called me to say it was going to be 1094.00 to fix it... will not be taking my car th... read more

To give a 1-star was generous considering the lack of professionalism and customer experience. To say that the service department’s communication and customer service is lacking is an understatement. My first issue with them is that we purchased this vehicle a month and a half ago (certified used). Went through dealer inspection.
