These people work hard and deliver great service. If we need a prescription, this is our go-to.
I would leave only one star based on my most recent visit, but, since I've dealt with these guys in the past, and they were OK, I'm leaving 2 stars. I went to my Dr. Last night and he put a prescription in to this location around 5:45 pm. I waited until this morning to go pick it up because I figured it wouldn't have been ready last night. All the reviews are accurate, unfortunately. Rude staff, SLOW fills of scripts, and the line today was TEN DEEP and they would not open the second window. Albertsons, fix this!
Whomever answered the phone for me on 7/7/25 at 8:35 AM for a Rx status was absolutely rude!!! This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced rude customer service here before either. My call was answered and immediately put on hold. When she came back to the phone, I told her I needed the status of a new Rx. She rudely asked for my information, and I provided it.
