Every month when I have to come here to pick up my medications, it is the single-handed worst day of the month. I’ve been able to pick up my meds without issue once in the last 6 months I’ve been coming here. Regardless if I get a text that it’s ready, there’s a problem. Today they said I didn’t have insurance which was a surprise to me and I had to call my insurance to have them verify I have active insurance. Worst customer experience of my life with pharmacist named "Sagee". 2/3 meds on my prescription were ready fpr pick up at this location but I needed the 3rd antibiotic. So I moved it over to another branch that had it available. She made me cancel my prescription from the branch for the 2 that this branch had and then refused to fill my prescription although I had been notified that It was ready for pickup. I found the Pharmacist is very Professional and also very caring with her clients ! She is very helpful in situations that I encountered ! I applaud her professionalism and her Humanitarianism!!
I am a prescriber, and my staff and myself included had the worst experiencing trying to get a patient's prescription today (3/18/24). Because it was a controlled substance, the pharmacist on call today demanded to know why the patient was being seen a location that is far away from his home. When an unsatisfactory answer was given, pharmacist was very rude and promptly ended the call without being able to further explain the situation.
