If your are looking for insurance please don't I mean don't buy car insurance with this company. They are trained to stress you out and leave you to do all the investigation on your own claim. I know this company my have a lower rates at the time you are looking for insurance but please go with any other company than this one. Vanessa Samano did it again, while another agent was trying to over sell us a policy she got back with us and fixed exactly what we needed without adding anything and helping us to get the best rate for our vehicles, thanks Vanessa again for saving us, from now on we only will get with your team… thanks
They do not answer phone calls or emails. I called the office in Atlanta because that was the number I was given to reach my agent and they didn’t answer or picked up and hung up MULTIPLE TIMES. They try to get over on you and find ways to spend less money. Do NOT get a policy with these people even if it is a cheaper option. Please just invest in a better insurance company! Don’t get in a bind and get left to fend for yourself even though you pay your bill. Just don’t do it!
