Carried auto liability with this joke of an insurance company for a few years. Involved in minor ( less than $1000 damages no injuries) Clear contributing neg. from other party claim paid against my request. Raised rate next renewal and again six months. Declined to insure after my complaint. Plain to see that by not paying initial claim, they had no intention of good faith to the rate payer, simply let me in effect pay their obligation. 50 years of driving experience and the only insurance I had a problem with . They give you a run around and then when it comes to putting your vehicle in the shop, they backed down. It’s was they client fought.

If I could give this company a negative star I would, poor and rude customer service.
All these bad reviews, I’ve never had any of these problems. A week after my wreck, they showed up to look at the car they had made arrangements prior to come out. Within the next week or so, my car was finished being paid off along with the gap insurance. They were not rude or anything and as for someone saying, they don’t answer, they sent me an email and called me when I had My accident I did not even have to call them, they called me first
