Let customers that sign up for the Trial Unlimited Delivery Subscription cancel if they don't use it within the trial period. No one is taking care of the problem
Went to your Pinetop store tonight at 740 pm. the doors were closed. The young man at the door said his manager told him there were too many people in the store and no one else could come in. So as 10 people waited, and watched people leaving, we asked what was happening. the manage finally came out and said it was because of the curfew, which is NOT being enforced in our area, because we are not rioting idiots, but law abiding citizens. This is NOT an acceptable mask. It’s one thin layer of a tee shirt or old underwear. It is ineffective and dirty. Not to mention she constantly adjusted the mask and touched her face.
instead of fobbing callers off with a recorded message, someone there could deign to answer the telephone. If you don't know someone's particular extension--and who outside Safeway WOULD know that?--you're not put through to anyone and the phone simply hangs up. This is corporate arrogance at its worst.

You need to be paying employees time and a half right now for working in such hazardous conditions. Two dollars extra an hour will not pay for hospital bills or mortgages bills when they contract this disease from a customer. You are doubling your sales and you are throwing pennies at your employees. Where is the support?
You could start supporting the community that has supported you all these years in our time of need. Your stores' "senior hours" are a joke. You are letting everyone in during this supposedly "safe" time for those most at risk from the corona virus because you don't want to offend anyone who is under the age that demands to get in.
