If I could give them 100000/5 stars I would. Everyone was so nice from the moment I came until my car was completely finished. Tony and Dylan were great communicators and they made a bad situation feel simple and straightforward. My car was rear ended while parked; the trunk was lifted and the back was dented and scratched, but now the back and trunk look brand new. I could not be happier with the work they did. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come here. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
My experience with this repair shop has been extremely disappointing. After an accident on August 4th, my insurance company designated this shop to handle the repairs on my vehicle. At the time, I was provided with an estimated completion date of August 30th. Unfortunately, as of today, the vehicle has still not been delivered. I recently had my car repaired at Safeway Collision after an accident, and I could not be happier with the experience. As a GEICO repair shop, they handled everything seamlessly. They replaced my trunk lid perfectly — it honestly could not have been done better. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. When I got my car back, it was spotless, inside and out. I highly recommend Safeway Collision to anyone looking for top-notch auto body work!
Great body shop to deal with, good quality body and paint work and most importantly good communication from the start to end of the repair process.
