I would like to thank their highly unskilled and poorly trained staff for multiple unpleasant visits. It seems as if each time "Teresa(Theresa)" the manager is at the front register area the demeanor in the store is very negative and sluggish. On multiple occasions she has been seen verbally assaulting customers in unprofessional ways and when I asked for her name to make a complaint she shoved her breast in my face and expected me to lean into read it. the pharmacy is horrible. text you that your meds. are ready to pickup, then when you go there they say no not ready that the computer made the mistake (it's on auto., so it constantly makes errors) so sorry. Never safeway fault and try/try/try just go ahead and make your 25 mile trip to safeway PRAYING that your meds MAY be ready or NOT. uncaring/unreliable/disfunctional. Also the new employees WOW now they are a culture shock!
You have an extremely rude manager on duty right now named Kyle. He makes me feel like I never want to shop here again. Multiple instances of him being rude and very short with me. I called ahead of time and was told to come back and my situation would be resolved. I walked all the way up there to get rudely turned away. I explained that I called ahead before walking up there in the heat and I asked if he'd look at the cameras and check the registers. He refused.
RecommendedSafeway bakery went the extra step to make my sister and brother in law’s cake special! Big shoutout to Cody who included a hand written note. Good people like this are hard to find! You made the whole family’s day better 🌞
gas station washed everyone's window around. did not wash ours, or even offer. so I had to do my own! predictable because we are native???
they discriminated against us wouldn't let us use food stamps cops showed up did nothing we have to leave to full carts because the manager harasses us don't shop here!
Slow service that sometimes includes a crude & rude manager. Prices often double what I pay elsewhere. BUT currently they are allowing a white supremacist to hold ‘demonstrations’ on their property. I used to go to Safeway for some items even though it required dealing with prior issues. Now? I am happy to even pay extra to have product delivered to me from a different store, rather than give them a penny. Truly a disgrace.
