Clean store and the customer service is great!
we are very friendly I also work there
in the last few months I have purchased items that are 3-9 months expired! I live out of town, and by the time I get home and think I will use the product it is too late to take it back. What a shameful, lazy way to run a business!

Stacy in the Deli was a huge help in finding good tamalas. Kim, my cashier, is always so pleasant with a smile.
the store has been deteriorating for some time. aisles are often blocked with stocking taking place at busy times. managers often seen stocking shelves (staff turnover problem?) too few checkers, long lines. self check is a terrible option (I don't work for the store).

i go every Wednesday. i could go to walmart but Safeway employees are friendlier and more engaging
