Went in today at 5 . They close at 630. Deli worker said she could cut meat for me but would have to put the machine back together. I said “oh, you close soon”. She replied with a sideways look “ya, 6:30”. I understand wanting to get out early on the holiday but an hour and a half? This store is honestly some of the slowest , worst customer service ever. Please inform your clerks to check faster and not finish a conversation with a customer instead of ringing a new one up.
Richland Store supervisor didn't do anything about some extremely racist, inhuman and violent garbage spoken by his front end manager. I was told the supervisor spoke to him about it AND HIS MANAGER LIED TO HIM. I heard this straight from this mans mouth and he he sickeningly tried to cover himself up. I like this store. But I won't buy from a company that refuses to deal with people like this, ESPECIALLY someone labeled a manager. Pat O., you should be downright ashamed of yourself. I just got back from Safeway today...I have to say the place is always busy but the employees are always ready to help you in my case I am too short to reach anything.Tami from the meat Department noticed me trying to get something off the top shelf close to where she was filling a case. she was so friendly and kind it made me think about all the cashiers and kids that help you to your car...Great Place....
Ordered a birthday cake and it was very delicious! Super moist, fresh and decorated beautifully! Thank you safeway bakery!!
Seriously, stood at the deli for 5 mins before even being acknowledged, asked for a sandwich to be made, only to be told by the worker "oh thats not my job, you have to wait for someone who does that"....excuse me?! Then finally someone whos "job it is" didnt even know how to make it....wtf?! I dont work there but i could have done the job quicker, and more professionally than them.
