You have an extremely rude manager on duty right now named Kyle. He makes me feel like I never want to shop here again. Multiple instances of him being rude and very short with me. I called ahead of time and was told to come back and my situation would be resolved. I walked all the way up there to get rudely turned away. I explained that I called ahead before walking up there in the heat and I asked if he'd look at the cameras and check the registers. He refused.
I only shop there if I have to but most ppl are rude they stand around and do nothing they do enforce the rules .. DONT GET ME WRONG I hate wearing mask as mush as th e next but tonight I saw 4 ppl without masks when I States at the front of the building that you have to wear them. a man was very rude to and as he was driving away like the coward he is instead of coming up and confronting me he just drove .with his "broke back" mountain boyfriend he started yelling at me saying put on my mask I was outside and I wasn't putti... read more
if you try to make me wear a mask to come in your store I will not be coming to Safeway anymore that my favorite stores
Felt completely safe shopping there today! Staff has worked hard on setting limits and taking the time to disinfect. Very grateful for them! 😊
Safeway on G-way has been my go to store for a couple decades now. The staff and I are Family. Especially the Pharmacy there. Techs are Top Notch and ALWAYS friendly and put my priorities First....
Why is this Safeway so inhospitable to handicapped individuals who NEED access to your scooters? You INSIST on adding merchandise surrounding your scooters making it nearly IMPOSSIBLE for those of us who are legally handicapped access to them! I didn't realize you considered us not worthy of any consideration. I'm done with your store. My family and I will shop elsewhere, where my dollar is appreciated as much as everyone else's.
Thank you to Joshua in the Deli for being an amazing employee and human being! Joshua spotted moldy bread after beginning mine and my coworkers sandwiches. And while the lady making my sandwich (Joni) was willing to procede since the mold was "just on the ends", Joshua was not and ran to the bakery to get new fresh bread. Despite the fact that everything he reached for was out of stock he never lost his cool or made choking motions toward his co-worker (as Joni did to him behind his back) out of frustration. RecommendedA friend recommended Safeway for my daughter’s first birthday cake and I was so impressed, I will be going back for her cake next year! The cake itself was absolutely adorable and more like what you would expect from a high end specialty bakery. It was perfect. The service was also excellent in the bakery as well as the floral department, deli, and cashier. But in particular, I would love to share a picture of my daughter’s adorable cake because it was so beautiful and perfect. Thank you!
Spend hundreds of dollars here on food and prescriptions and still can't get prescriptions when a family member needs them. We've called numerous times and nothing has changed.
