Bob’s service level was so great, keeping us up to date throughout the process, sourcing battery certification at our request, flexible pick up and generally making it smooth and exciting for first EV our car purchase! Would highly recommend!
Purchased a car interstate from Bob at Safeway Auto. Buying a car sight unseen was a little nervy, but however Bob's level of professionalism has been second to none. He has been so diligent in keeping me up to date, helping with transport and any issues after sale. The car arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described. There was an issue with the tyre after delivery (not caused by Safeway), Bob went over and above to sort the issue. Absolutely ecstatic with the purchase and couldn't recommend Safeway Auto more highly!
I met Bob for the first time when I test drove one of his vehicles I was looking at. Day 1. Test drove the car Day 2. Deposited money. Day 3 . Pick up car. Vehicle was exactly as described. Very easy transaction and would have no hesitation in recommending Bob as a motor vehicle dealer. There needs to be more like him in the car industry.
