On target training, all the tools, attention to individuals such that everyone in group get's vetted out as far as ability to perform, what to do, what to say..I always leave feeling like I'm able to respond..

Great, Fast, info-packed class! Appreciate that the entire time was taken up with learning new stuff. If we weren't watching videos, we were practicing with the mannequins. Instructor was very knowledgeable, polite and professional, didn't tell us anything we didn't need to know. Put us in groups, which takes the awkwardness out of milling around trying to find your way in a group or strangers. Actually scored 100% on my written test . . . first time! Amazing! Thanks :)
I took my first BSL for Healthcare Providers last night and it was great! I've learned so much for less than 3 hour class.
Nina was the best CPR instructor ever. Nina made it very clear for me to understand the materials and was very thorough when it came to the skills testing. I would take this class again and recommend everyone I can for Nina's class. She is an awesome person to learn from. Also,it helps that she really knows her job. Thanks Nina...see you in 2 years.
Just took the PALs class with Kaaren, it was the most fun AHA class I've ever taken and now i'm wishing I had done the full class with her instead of just the skills session. Kaaren is funny, knowledgeable, and def helps you not feel the pressure of being on the spot during the heartcode...she's just plain wonderful
I think Nina is a great instructor. The class was one of the best I have attended in my 17 years in the medical field.
Tomas is a very effective and engaging instructor. Course content covers very useful procedures to handle emergency situations.
What a great seminar! I learned a lot and Jean-Paul (J.P.) was a great instructor and never left us bored!
