I recently completed a CPR and First Aid training course, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience! The instructor was knowledgeable and patient. He made sure we understood everything clearly and kept the class engaging with real-life scenarios. The customer service from start to finish was top-notch. Great day of working at Heights training. The instructor, Mark, made me the learning and day fun. It was informative, hands on, and everyone stayed engaged. The communication and customer service to book the training was amazing, too.

First time ever using this company & thank god I did.. from the time they answered the phone to the time they came out to our location for testing.. Niclas Manson was very professional & on point with his trainee… Courtney Enair made sure all was scheduled & priced accordingly… Definitely will use them again.. Thanks for your help.
