We contracted with Safer-At-Home to provide personal care services for our loved one. Before we engaged their services, they promised to provide oversight of medical and personal care. In reality, we got no support or assistance from their staff nurse to help with medication or medical care questions, and when we asked to be involved with approving the selection of a personal care aide for our family member, we were told that was not allowed. Very poor value for service delivered. Good at making promises, short on follow through. As a customer, you have no input into who is assigned to your loved one. In the beginning, Safer-At-Home promised to work with us to find care aides who are a good fit with our family member. When we requested that an aide be switched out, they were unable to find a replacement, even though we provided about 2 weeks notice. We switched to finding our own aides using an online service that allows you to engage personal care aides yourself... read more
Terrible Terrible Terrible - do not use - they do not show up - no call or replacement. Constantly send different people and you have to show them what to do. Stay away - you are safer without them.

This company is the best!!!! They have the most caring people working here as well as the Doctor goes above and beyond for his patients. I highly recommend them and I have worked with a lot of "health care providers" that do not show up when you need them or really care about their clients. This company is above all of the rest!
