I have been on the phone for over a week and a half trying to get SafeLite to come change my windshield. I have insurance with Safe Auto. I am sure the two companies have something worked out to refer all their glass claims to the other? I can't believe with insurance and a claim number what was turning into a migraine was handled quick and professional! SafePro really went the extra mile for me. After doing a quick and efficient job on my vehicle parked at work, I noticed an issue that I felt was a problem. I will be a customer for life. There was an extenuating circumstance with my windshield replacement...but to make a long story short they were the cheapest for OEM glass, and stand behind their work to the Nth degree. Pete, supervisor, is a man of his word, and in this day and age that's impossible to replace. Thank you SafePro. If you are thinking about choosing anybody else, don't. These guys are the best.
Best quote I got for my door glass, follow up call(s) to check on my status and worked around my schedule, unlike the 'big guy' auto glass that refused to be flexible SafePro made it happen, and fast, from the time I gave the green light to installation was under 24 hrs to get new glass! Thank You!
