All of the staff are extremely friendly, and for the most part they provide great customer service. Back in February I had my windshield replaced, and paid $250. Great price! Right? This included a lifetime warranty with free chip repair. After calling around to multiple places I decided this would be my best bet seeing as my insurance wasn’t going to cover any of the costs. I’m giving them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Awesome service, they went out of their way to help me get my replacement windshield when my insurance company only wanted to repair. My windshield had damage was on the driver side obstructing my site. Thank you to the staff & CEO at SafePro for caring about our safety. Which comes first for them. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my family. I would recommend them and this was my second time using them in a year being in AZ.
The sales manager Kirk Hodges went above and beyond to help get me the right part for my car door window. Even drove me to three parts places and took a whole lot of his time to help. And the repair total took less than an hour. They have earned my lifetime business and I couldn't recommend them enough!
Just got my windshield repaired this morning, I can see clearly now...very respectful establishment, and I got chip repairs and warranty for life.
I heard the radio commercial where they state the pledge of allegiance (AMERICA!🇺🇸) . So I cancelled my appointment with Safelite and booked SafePro. The installer was awesome, plus they were half the price! (No glass coverage on commercial policies). I'll definitely be calling again for the next break and will be referring them to everyone I know!
