This will be my second time using safe pro and i will continue to use them. I am big on customer service being I have worked on customer service pretty much all my career, so when I have a representative not only service me but get better service from my own car insurance company that makes me a very pleased customer. I was very impressed with the whole process and especially with the technician who came to my house and replaced the windshield. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable,efficient and friendly. I have had windshield replacements a few times in my life, but this was my first experience with SafePro and I have to say they are the very best!!!
