I would recommend Safelite to anyone. The installers are very professional. I was brought a window first that had a scratch on it. The first installer would not put it in. I was very pleased not only with quality of work, but the honesty of the company.

The technician did a good job with the installation, but the windshield was damaged upon arrival. It had a chip about the diameter of a quarter in the lower corner, a scratch across the top where the camera is, and distortion in the center due to a manufacturing defect. The wipers installed were not the same brand so they do not match in appearance, and the technician damaged the driver's side wiper arm while removing the original wiper blade. For days leading up the appointment, I received text messages, phone calls, and emails repeatedly asking me to confirm my appointment. I did this. Then, 15 minutes before I was supposed to arrive for my appointment, they call and cancel. If you value your time, you might want to look elsewhere, because they don’t seem to value your time. (Update…I went to AAA Auto Glass on Papermill. They were great and got things fixed up quickly, without an appointment!)
