Very easy process the insurance company made the arrangements and a day later my cars Windshield was being replaced. They came to my job and were in and out in a little less than an hour.
Had my wifes windshield replaced and they broke two pieces at the bottom corners of the window. It has been over a year now and they refuse to replace parts since it has been so long.
