I had a fantastic experience with Safelite! Chaz did an amazing job fixing the rock chip on my Cadillac. He was professional, quick, and the repair looks perfect. I highly recommend their service!

Did a poor job and left a dozen gouge marks along my dashboard during the windshield replacement. Was forced to use them again due to our insurance and I took the afternoon off work so they could replace the windshield on one of our other cars and the tech didn't show up for the appointment. No call, no text just didn't come. What a waste of my time. I would never use Safelite again and will be sharing my experience with all my car industry friends.
I was directed to safelite from my insurance company. I was un sure about paying out of pocket or making a claim and ended up paying out of pocket. At no point was I informed that by doing so I would have to pay almost triple. Everything was marked up over what the insurance company would have paid. The biggest complaint is that The cost of non OEM glass that was used was more than double fords OEM glass. I feel that I was taken advantage of as well as extremely overcharged.
