The receptionist was kind of brusque, but thorough. She responded to customers at the desk befor those on the phone like receptionists are supposed to.
The pillars on our car are greased stained and they snagged the fabric on the interior pillars. Also the external was a scratch they tried to cover up with paint. They said they would take care of but after 4 attempts to reach them they have been non responsive.
Had to go back three times in the same day, because the windshield kept coming unglued. Would not recommend.
Safelite has my vote. Check in was quick and you get an immediate quote on your windshield repair. Tanner did an excellent job on my windshield. He was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasantly answered all my questions. I was in and out in 45 minutes and it only cost $83 for the rock damage to my windshield. I'll gladly refer friends and family to Safelite.
