First attempt was a broken windshield and had to come back. Vehicle was scratched in several places and they tried covering up some of it with primer.

My car was taken to this shop today and returned to me today after an attempted repair. It needs a replacement after the failed repair which is scheduled for next week. On my way home from work, I noticed the empty water bottle in my door was no longer empty. It's now full of urine! Someone at Safelite urinated in my empty water bottle and left it there for me! I'm beyond disgusted and furious! Edited to add: management took care of the situation. Comped my windshield and paid to have my interior detailed.

Amazing service, the receptionist was very friendly. They did an awesome job on my windshield. I will be going here from now on.
Would not recommend...I was on the phone for nearly an hour trying to get pricing and set up an appointment to have my passenger window replaced. I requested an OEM window rather than after market. They gave me the price and then emailed the confirmation. Within minutes I received another call from them telling me that I was given the wrong price and it was DOUBLE what they originally quoted me. Needless to say, I canceled my appointment and went to Premium Auto Glass where the price was less than what they originally quoted... read more
Quick service to get rid of a star shaped chip on my 2005 Hyundai Sonata. Professional and courteous... I appreciate that! Good Keurig coffee and large LED TV kept me company and it was done before I thought about checking on them through windows. Big kudos to the team!
