They sent a tech to my house with the wrong glass. And he said can I just cut off your rain sensor and install this class? I stated no and that I would like the other glass. They said they could do it. That there's an additional $240 for rain sensor which is ridiculous.Cause I was quoted in town for way cheaper.Than five hundred and fifteen dollars I will never ever ever tell anyone about safe lite Safelite does not repair and they do not replace they are ridiculous. Shut this company down, don't use them.
Miguel was awesome! He communicated beforehand clearly, was on time and completed the replacement super fast. He was really friendly and happy to answer my questions.

Wasted a lot of my time. On June 13 I got a quote online and made an appointment for mobile windshield replacement on June 24. On the day of the appointment, I got a call saying that they didn't have the windshield in stock and they have to reschedule. After they got the windshield, a new appointment was scheduled for July 9. Around 2pm on July 9 I got a call from the tech saying he would probably be there around 5 or 5:30pm.
