We were on a long road trip from California and had to replace our windshield due to rock damage on the road. This Safelite location in Ames, Iowa replaced the windshield, but could not calibrate the sensors making the cruise control and other features useless. We went to the Toyota dealership in Carroll, Iowa and they were able to perform the sensor calibration without any problem. Excellent work! Very convenient as they came to my work to replace whole windshield!
Great communication with the technician on arrival and when my car was done. The website and the directions are also very informational so it made it easy to navigate what was being done and what I needed to do to get ready for my appointment.
Excellent, kind, friendly tech and service. Highly recommend. Quick service is a plus. No worries on my part at all.
