Got my windshield replaced last Wednesday, rained all weekend, car is full of water and headliner is screwed up. I called the number and can't even talk to someone it's all automated.
Still awaiting final outcome after several issues including slashes on dashboard.
I had Safelite (a technician from Rochester) come to my home to replace my windshield but the rain sensor was obscured after the replacement. I filled out the survey and asked for someone to contact me about fixing the issue, but no one did. So I stopped on my way home tonight at the Apple Valley location and the helpful tech had it fixed in less than ten minutes. Everyone was nice and helpful, and the only downside was the air freshener in the lobby.
Accommodating, fast, easy and I didn't even have to meet the guy at my car.
Really was pleased with the quality of service and the speed in which the work was done. They explained every step they were doing along the way. First class operation. Would recommend them to everyone.
