Called Thursday Aug 13 to schedule replacement for crack in my new 2020 Kia Sportage. Appt was scheduled for Monday 8/17/20 between 12 and 5pm. Tech arrived at 1:20. Very professional and got everything set up, only to discover he had the wrong windshield! Ok, things happen. Rescheduled me for Fri 8/21/20, between 12 and 5 p.m. Tech arrives at 1:30 pm, starts setting up, then I notice he puts the windshield back in his van. Pulls out another one. Ok, easy mistake. RecommendedSafelite recently replaced my front windshield. The technician did such a good job, you can't even tell it was replaced. He was curteous and on time! The customer service team was very friendly and kind. I wouldn't call anyone else! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been waiting for my appointment for a week. I took off work to get my glass replaced and camera recalibrated. Even called ahead to co firm OEM windshield had arrived. “Yes sir. Don’t you worry about that” I was told. So I took off work and drove 30 miles each way. An hour into my scheduled appointment time I was told that my glass isn’t here and it will take up to three more days. i don’t know who dropped the ball but now I will have to take off work a other day, do the 60 mile hike again, and hope it’s right this tim... read more

RecommendedI was a walk in & Paul told me they could do it right away. He called the ins. co. & got all the info he needed to do the job. He & the tech,(I don’t remember his name) were angels sent to my rescue. They blessed me with absolute professionalism. They truly went the extra mile for me. I am unable to use my hands very well & the patience & kindness shown to me was quite heartwarming. I will definitely recommend these fellas to anyone. They were recommended to me.
